Prabuddha kundu @9231402558 located at kolkata experience soft skill trainer cum placement manager started my career as a Customer relation & Sales facilitator in the year 2007 where my job role was to train youths on sales & marketing,soft skill & place them in jobs.Then I have joined at Don Bosco Technical nstitute as a Retail sales Trainer.Thereafter I have worked in different other skill development companies like Magic Bus India Foundation,Bandhan Skill development training center,University of Engineering & Management etc.My last company was Sarthak Educational Trust –company working for Person with disabilities.I have trained students on Sales & Marketing,Hospitality,ITES & then I have groomed students on basics of soft skill,grooming through theoretical & practical mode.
I have also worked as a freelancer Retail sales trainer with ILFS on one of their skill development training project.
Prabuddha kundu@9231402558 located at Calcutta has also been attached with University of Engineering and Management as Placement Manager where he has been engaged himself on soft skill grooming cum placement session through online soft skill training as well as visiting campus.He also engaged himself on soft skills train the trainer certification program.
Impact:
Almost 800 students from Kolkata were groomed and made ready for industry.Many students were successfully working .Some reputed companies where I have placed students like Neotia group, Galaxy Solar Energy pvt.ltd, Subway Restaurants, Johnson Lifts pvt.ltd, Teleperformance BPO, Reliance group, Flipkart, Amazon , Hyatt Hotel, Grand Hotel, Little Shop etc.
